Delete something and it leaves active storage at that point. Deletion is immediate rather than queued, and it applies to individual results and to your whole account. The exceptions are listed under what we keep regardless, below.
While your account exists
Your uploads, prompts and results are stored so you can get back to your work, and MagicShot never uses them to train AI models. That holds for every account on every plan.
When you delete
Deleting a result removes it. Deleting your account removes the account and its data immediately, with no grace period. See deleting your account.
What we keep regardless
Some records exist outside your content library. Billing records sit with our payment processor, and we keep the billing and tax records the law requires. Content flagged or removed under our content policy may be kept for moderation and legal reasons, even after you delete it or your account. Uploads already sent to an AI model provider to produce a result are also handled under that provider's terms. Account and usage data described in the privacy policy is handled under that policy, sections 2.5 and 3.1 included. If you need something specific confirmed, email support@magicshot.ai.
